TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

All course places are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

By making a booking and/or payment, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Course places are limited and reserved specifically for each delegate.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to training courses booked for a specific date.


2. Cancellations & Non-Attendance

2.1 Non-Attendance (No-Show)

• Course fees are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.
• Failure to attend a booked course will result in loss of the course fee.


2.2 Delegate Unable to Attend

• Where a delegate is unable to attend, notice must be provided in advance of the course start date.
• At our discretion, a transfer to a future course date may be offered.
• All transfers may be subject to an administration fee (typically £25–£50).


2.3 Short Notice Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time will be treated as non-attendance.


3. Substitutions

A substitute delegate may attend in place of the original booking, provided:

• Reasonable notice is given
• The substitute meets course requirements


4. Employer / Third-Party Bookings

Where a course is booked by an employer or third party:

• The booking organisation remains responsible for the fee
• Changes in employment or personal circumstances do not entitle a refund


5. Course Transfers

Transfers are:

• Subject to availability
• Must be taken within 3 months of the original booking date
• Only one transfer permitted per booking

Failure to attend a rebooked course will result in loss of the course fee.


6. Course Delivery

Customer 1st (UK) Ltd reserves the right to:

• Amend course content where necessary
• Reschedule courses in exceptional circumstances

In the event of cancellation by us:

• A full refund or alternative date will be offered


6.1 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to deliver training due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failure, or unforeseen disruption.


6.2 Cancellation by Customer 1st (UK) Ltd

In the event that we are required to cancel or reschedule a course for any reason, delegates will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• A transfer to an alternative course date at no additional cost


7. Delegate Responsibilities

Delegates must:

• Attend on time
• Engage appropriately in training
• Provide valid ID where required


8. Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Travel or accommodation costs
• Loss arising from non-attendance


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where applicable, local legal requirements within other UK jurisdictions will be respected.


10. Discretion Clause

Customer 1st (UK) Ltd reserves the right to exercise discretion in exceptional circumstances.


Effective from: 1 April 2026

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your booking will be the version in force at the time of payment.
